The Council Should Immediately MOVE to RECONSIDER their PREVIOUS BUDGET VOTE of 9/14/06
and ROLLBACK THE RATE TO 2006 Levels Plus Inflation and Population Growth!
The council Has the Power to change things right now. They can, under their rules, move to
reconsider their previous vote and then adopt a lower millage rate. That rate should be the rollback rate (about 5.900)
adjusted for inflation and population Growth.
